HOW CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY ?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We hope that you do not have to cancel your event, but we understand things come up! 


Private events (both in-person and virtual) are among our most memorable and personalized experiences with Sade Paint & Sip and require large inputs of time and effort to prepare. If you cancel 7+ days in advance, we will reschedule your event within sixty (60) days, pending availability. If you cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled event (including those events booked less than 7 days in advance), we will reschedule your event. Events cancelled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled time will not have the option to reschedule and will forfeit the entire cost of the event.

Private events under the above policies are permitted one (1) reschedule.

Sade Paint & Sip reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants will be notified prior to the event's start time and refunds will be processed accordingly. 

HOW LONG IS EACH PAINTING SESSION ?

Every paint session is 2 hours Max. We start on-time and end on-time. Over 2 hours max time an extra fee will be added.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST ARRIVES LATE ?

What ever time your guest arrives is what time they have left for their session.

SET-UP TIME

We will set-up 30min early to get everyone prepared and seated. If covering tables, please have tables covered upon arrival. 

IM NOT A PAINTER.

Not to worry. Their is no experienced needed to paint. Their is no wrong way to paint. Each participant will create their own masterpiece.

WHAT IS PROVIDED ?

We will provide canvas boards, aprons, paint brushes, paint, easels, and paint palettes. (Tables and Chairs are not provided.)

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE ?

Yes, make sure that you book your paint party at least 2 weeks in advance.

DO YOU DECORATE FOR THE PAINT PARTY ?

No, we do not decorate for any paint parties. Only the equipment we bring will be presented nicely on the table.

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN PAINTING ?

Yes, you can either choose from our paint gallery or send in your own ideas. When sending in your own ideas the painting will have to be something the artist can accommodate.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT FEE ? 

Yes, deposit fee goes towards remaining balance.

WHAT IF ONE OF MY GUEST DON'T SHOW UP ?

Unfortunately, there is no re-fund for any guest who does not show up.

CAN I CHANGE MY PAINTING OPTION AT THE LAST MINUTE?

Yes, only if your option does not have to be pre-drawn.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PARTY SIZE?

8 Guest Minimum

20 to 25 Guest Minimum if location is 1 hour away or more (Please fill in Paint Party form for us to determine.) Plan Your Party Form | Sade Paint & Sip (sadepaintandsip.com)

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE IN MY VIRTUAL PAINT PARTY?

8 Minimum  

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE TO PUT IN A SHIPPING ORDER?

It's best to put in a shipping order at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

HOW CAN I ORDER I PAINT KITS?

Our paint kits are "made to order". Please send an email to paintandsip@sadepaintandsip.com to receive more information and pricings.  

WHAT IS YOUR BAD WEATHER POLICY ?

  • Sade Paint & Sip first concern is for the safety of our instructors, you and your guest. When weather is an issue, we'll consult and make a decision as to whether we will cancel your event on our behalf.

  • We'll happily reschedule the party for a different date that works for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer last-minute (i.e., same day) refunds due to weather-related circumstances. A fee of $75.00 will apply for last minute reschedules.
