We truly hope you won’t need to cancel your event—but hey, life happens, and we get it!
Private events (both in-person and virtual) are some of our most special, customized experiences at Sade Paint & Sip, and they take a lot of love, planning, and prep behind the scenes. Because of that, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:
• Cancel 7+ days in advance: No worries! You can reschedule your event within 60 days, based on availability.
• Cancel within 7 days of your event (including events booked less than 7 days out): You’ll still be able to reschedule your event.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before your event: Unfortunately, at this point the event cannot be rescheduled and the full cost will be forfeited.
Each private event may be rescheduled up to two (2) times under these policies.
While we do everything we can to make your event happen, Sade Paint & Sip reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason. If that happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and process any applicable refunds promptly.
At Sade Paint & Sip, the safety of our instructors, you, and your guests is our top priority. If weather becomes an issue, we’ll assess the situation and make a decision about whether the event needs to be canceled on our behalf.
If a cancellation is necessary, we’re happy to reschedule your party for a date that works for you. Please note that last-minute (same-day) refunds are not available due to weather-related cancellations. A $75 fee will apply for last-minute reschedules.
